We had an unforgettable stay in this city. The hotel is located very close to the tiger park, which made it convenient for us to be the first ones to the safari. On top of that, the hotel facilities were very clean and top-notch. The breakfast was also amazing, with a wide selection of dishes. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay and went out of their way to ensure our comfort.
Nothing, all excellent.

We were pleasantly surprised when we got a free upgrade to a suite, and the staff here is really great, which is a big plus; this venue is conveniently located near the downtown area, just a 15-minute walk away.

Had a great Easter experience with my family. Enjoyed lovely complimentary afternoon tea and drinks in a beautiful garden courtyard. Also liked the comfortable beds and the key location next to the tiger reserve. Staff were friendly and kind to the kids.
The insects were quite numerous in and around the hotel and the pool had an unpleasant odour. Some of the staff were not quite on top of their jobs, leading to problems with overcharging and almost missing our planned activities.

The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and even had a small balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel was outstanding, fulfilling all our mealtime needs.
All was well, nothing to complain about.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the hospitable staff and the luxurious amenities. The Spa centre provided exceptional body treatments and massages, which left us feeling refreshed and relaxed. The outdoor swimming pool had a serene atmosphere, with a shallow end for leisurely sunbathing. The quality of the food and drinks at the restaurant was exquisite, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The private facilities also impressed us, as the rooms were equipped with comfortable beds and stunning decor.
We did face a minor issue during our stay. While the hotel had a lovely garden area, there were no BBQ facilities available for guests to use.

Stunning heritage building, clean rooms, and delicious food. The hotel is located in a key location, making it an ideal starting point to explore the area. The rooftop bar was a great place to relax and enjoy an amazing view.
Poor service and lack of amenities. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, English TV channels were not available, and there were no tissues provided.
